Palo Altans for Sensible Zoning and Palo Alto Neighborhoods (PAN) will be hosting a meeting Sunday March 17, 2019 at the Lucie Stern Community Center in Palo Alto.

The issues they will be discussing directly affect all of us in California and we urge residents from South San Francisco to attend this important meeting.

Stop the Loss of Local Control!

There are current proposals before our state legislature (SB 50 and the CASA Compact) that are major threats to local zoning authority in Palo Alto and throughout the state. These proposals would impose dense zoning mandates throughout Palo Alto.

Come and Meet:

Susan Kirsch

Founder, Livable California

a non-profit, advocacy organization that believes in local control and governance

Stop the erosion and loss of local decision-making and control to state legislators in Sacramento. SB50 and other proposed regional proposals threaten R-1 neighborhoods, cities and towns throughout the state.

NOTE: Officials in South San Francisco have already removed our R-1 neighborhoods replacing them with R-L (low density), R-M (medium density), R-H (high density) without allowing homeowners the opportunity to be involved in this process.

Venue address and additional information is available on this site.

Please bring like minded individuals with you.
